Minhas Design specialises in selling business stationery for small businesses. Our products include, but are not limited to, personalised stationery, business cards, posters, banners, and other print materials.
Customisation options are available for most products. You are responsible for ensuring that any designs, logos, or artwork you send or provide are accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use them. We are not responsible for any errors in your submitted artwork or content. Please double check all custom orders before sending.
Please ensure that all design files, including logos or any other artwork, are submitted in CMYK colour format for optimal printing results. Submitting files in RGB format may cause colour differences between the on-screen appearance and the printed product. We cannot guarantee colour accuracy for files submitted in RGB, as screen and print colours can vary due to the nature of digital versus print colour spaces. Important: If files are provided in RGB format, we cannot offer reprints free of charge for any resulting colour discrepancies in the final print.
When you place an order through our website, you agree to the following: ORDER PROCESS: You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. All orders are subject to acceptance by Minhas Design. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases where we believe the order is fraudulent or contains inappropriate content. PAYMENT: Payment must be made at the time of order via the payment methods Bank Transfer. If the payment is not made, your order will not be processed to the production stage. Prices for all products are vary depending on the size, type of paper and quantity. We will give you the price once you have confirmed on what you want order.
We aim to deliver your products within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues or supply chain interruptions. Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided when you place an order but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery due to courier services or other factors beyond our control.
We aim to provide high-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following policies apply: RETURNS: You may return non-customised, unused products within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Customised products are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. REFUNDS: will be issued within 7 days of us receiving your returned item(s). If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at minhasdesign17@gmail.com with a description and
photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders for non-customised products may be cancelled before shipping. Orders for customised products may only be cancelled if production has not yet begun. Once customisation has started, cancellation is not possible.
